Activities on Kaua'i

Local Activities
General info about Princeville and North Shore activities, plus golf and tee times: (www.princeville.com)

World Class Golf
Play on two world-class golf courses - the Princeville Makai and Prince courses.

Between them, you can play on 45 holes, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., under radiant blue skies along the famous North Shore of Kauai.

Find out why golf magazines rate these courses among the country's finest!

Kayaking Kaua’i
Whether you kayak a quiet river, “surf” Hanalei Bay or go for the ultimate kayak adventure along the Na Pali Coast, this is a great way to experience Kaua’i.

Horseback Adventures
Expore Kaua’i on horseback.

Zip-Lining
Exciting fun for the whole family! (www.adventureskauai.com)

Queen’s Bath
Follow a short path in Princeville to volcanic rock coast where waves crash, sea turtles “graze” and you can swim most of the year in a protected, ocean-fed pool, Queen Emma’s Bath. Do not miss this unbelievable treat! (In winter, high waves may require viewing from higher ground and skipping the swim.)

Hiking

Books at our home describe many wonderful hikes to see Kaua’i off the beaten path. Our favorite is the adventurous 8 mile round trip through rain forest to Hanakapiai Falls and a refreshing swim in the pool beneath the falls.

Miniature Golf

This 18 hole putting green style course is set amongst beautiful botanical gardens representing the different eras of Hawaii's culture. Meanwhile, water hazards, pipe shots, and many other obstacles make for a fun and challenging experience.

Helicopter Tours
An island highlight; many options available.
